Michael Mansour is the Lead Data Scientist at Insight Softmax Consulting (ISC). He leads machine learning, data science, and software projects for a multitude of clients across industries including transportation, automotive and manufacturing. ISC is a San Francisco-based consultancy transforming complex data and compute infrastructure challenges into practical business solutions. His 10 years of software engineering leadership in the enterprise cybersecurity and consulting industries made him a perfect candidate to lead the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for the California Ports Data Interoperability Grant Program, which funded $27M to CA Ports building data systems. As TAC lead, Michael helped guide state investments and port digitization projects with a team of technical experts, and continues to monitor the progress of those projects while providing technical mentorship.
